These terms apply to SuperFind, operated by [Company legal name, to be completed before launch]. By using SuperFind you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data.
For shoppers
- SuperFind is free for shoppers. Lists, prices, stock and shelf locations come from the store and can be out of date; the price at the till is the one that counts.
- Suggestions for dishes and quantities are a guide, not advice. Check labels for allergens and dietary needs.
- Sponsored offers are labelled and only applied if you tap Swap.
For retailers
- Plans are billed monthly in advance; prices are shown before you pay. A new account starts with a 14-day free trial.
- If a payment is missed, insights pause until it's paid; your store keeps working for shoppers.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your product data and for your staff accounts.
- Your data is yours: you can export it at any time and ask us to erase it. A data processing agreement is available on request.
- You approve which sponsored offers appear in your store.
For brands
- Offers must be accurate and lawful. Stores may turn down or withdraw approval of any offer.
- You pay your bid for each accepted swap, invoiced monthly; being shown is free.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse SuperFind: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, or submit harmful content.
Liability
We work to keep SuperFind available and accurate, but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability to a business customer is limited to the fees it paid in the previous three months.
